(Nasdaq: HGSI) today announced the closing of its public offering of 26,697,250 newly issued shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14.00 per share, which includes 3,482,250 shares sold upon exercise by the underwriters of their option to purchase additional shares. The net proceeds to the Company from the offering are approximately $356.7 million, after deducting the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.
